Each document requested was listed on the document upload page with the option to upload file. Did you get a request to submit document or are you just being proactive?

You need to scroll to the bottom of document upload page, click Next and complete steps to submit to IRCC. Once submitted, status should show 'Replacement Provided.'

18882422100 Enter 2 1 3 0 once they start providing option selections. If you get recording that they cannot transfer due to high volume; retry. There is an option for callback when you get transferred, which worked for me as well.
