No, she was born and living in Jamaica with her mom... guess I should have said she's my step daughter.. He has not received his AOR yet, so we are unsure of the process. We did include her in the application for him.

Hey you said we don't need to have a X amount of money in the bank to change his work status to visitor if we are pushed for time waiting for the AOR, but I don't see that information listed in that link unless I'm overlooking it.

So as long as we are waiting for his AOR after we send in the spousal sponsorship application he can legally Stay here. If his current work permit expires before we receive these documents.
