No news for me. They are very slow this week. I heard only one got ecopr this week

I have the same p2 date as you, Feb 28. Last time I called IRCC, they said my PVO is virtual office RROC and my SVO is Etobicoke. I called twice and submitted one weform so far lol. Fingers crossed..hope to receive mine tomorrow

I sent a web form on Monday 4, but was not reflected on the tracker till yesterday March 11 but date in activity is March 8. I am still waiting for ecopr. I thought I would receive it today cause usually update happens one day before major activity
