Can somebody advise on where do they get insurance for parents from after landing. Since OHIP only covers consultation and no medicines.

Finally received PPR email on May 24, 2019 and passports submitted on May 27, 2019

for VFS office passport submission they request for a consent form which also has a biometric column in it. Did your parents get their biometric done? CIC never requested for one though as part of the application for my parents

for someone who might have submitted there passport to a vfs office in India, do you handover a self addressed envelope or they give you an option to pay for courier there?

for ppr email, if your parents are in India. where is the letter generally coming from India or Ottawa. I mean does your file gets transferred first to the home country before issuing PPR email

did you contact CIC lately?

way before ECAS changed to decision made, Mar 26th. I even called the call centre but they give a vague answer like, decision has been made and you would hear from CIC soon but they don't say if it's positive or anything.

Thank you Emmkay49 I have another question, My dad is diabetic, he takes medicines and his sugar levels are under the range. Is it still suggested to declare as a pre-existing condition in medical forms? would declaring or not declaring be a problem?
