There was no "Final Decision" stage for me. Even now, in GCKEY its showing background check in progress. However on Sep 21 2023, I called IRCC and the agent confirmed everything was passed.

Usually, it does not happen in Canada, however hypothetically if it happens it would be change of role and responsibilities. But if everything is same including role and responsibilities then the "lowered wage" is compared to the minimum wage of the job role/ industry in the province.

increase of wage does not impact the processing, however change in position effects the processing and overall eligibility of the application. If there is any ADR request for paystubs, personally I recommend to include the letter of explanation, if the employer has not provided written...
