I have resubmitted in end of the March and card approved on 25.04.2023.

Yea i did! Obviously you should wait for the official letter. I have called them n no of times if i can resubmit the pictures without the letter they instructed me not to. So yes I did wait for the letter! They wont tell you on phone if they are rejected or not as per my case.

Try calling around 9-10 or 12-1 I can understand your pain as i have been there in the same situation too. My profile status changed from submitted to profile updated. But after a month I received letter saying photos have been rejected again.

I guess you have to wait for an official letter. Plus you can call them directly for the updates.

Received the letter in mail for the resubmission

Photos rejected. I have submitted them again in March.
