when you say service record is that something that include just discharge letter from service and duration or that also include all of his duty stations and commanding officers and roles and responsibilities ?

i did mentioned that a form 5546e of detail military service that was submited it was just an information form now they say fill it again and also Military Records: A certified copy of Military records. which i am not sure what is that ? or what they means by that.
