Yess.. As long as your study permit is valid you can go and come back.. After completing your study you can do that on your study permit till 90 days after getting your completion letter from your college.. As you got on passport as you stated it lasts in March.

And stamping of the passport? How much time it will going to take?? Can I get it stamped in India?
