Anybody (or dependents) got their passport stamped after PPR recently? If yes, please share timeline from package collection and delivery with stamped passport.

I would suggest to reply to the portal mail mentioning PA is in India. In most cases they ask to inform once he is back to Canada. Until then they should hold the portal credentials and eCOPR. Until he receives his COPR, his Work Permit is valid.

same boat. eCOPR - Aug 10. No PR Card, no PPR for dependents :(

That should be a mistake from IRCC Virtual Landing Unit. Reply to the email mentioning your dependents are Outside Canada and ask them to issue PPR. Raise webform, call them and explain.
