Congrats. I got the Portal Email this morning as well and replied with the details already. How long after replying to the email did you get the creds? AOR-July 28th 2020 Medical Extended - July 28th 2021 Security wasn't even started 2 weeks back as per call with IRCC.

Similar case, AOR July 28th 2020, CEC inland with inland dependent. Everything got completed, medicals renewed recently but security not even started. Getting generic response from web-forms. Need to apply for BOWP as current work permit is going to expire soon.
