Is Birth Tourism legal? Can I apply for tourist visa to Canada and travel to Canada while I am pregnant to deliver the child in Canada so that the child is entitled to Canadian Citizenship. Will my tourist visa be refused? Will I be allowed to enter Canada? Shall I hide that I am pregnant?
