Have you had any update? The rules changed on January 2025 and now you need to submit it through VFS who then sends your application to IRCC Mexico, finally to the Fiscalia.

Ohh I see, maybe try a translator? How much time did you had to submit your police certificate? Did you had to send a web form for a time extension?

My guess is that IRCC has finally sent your information to the Fiscalía and now they don’t have access to your application given that it’s out of their jurisdiction. I’ve seen other posts where people calls directly to the Fiscalía to get some direct answers. Maybe try that?
