If you submitted passport via VFS, you would be able to track it. Follow the instructions on your email that you received post your submission. Not sure below link works for you. But you can try...

Passport Delivered around 3PM IST. We can track using the same TrackingID we received from VFS. In Bluedart tracking, instead of waybill no, we need to use Ref No. It showed up there.

May be May Not. I called CIC every week and on Jan 8th there was a Ghost Update, that's when I knew that Crimanility is passed. U need to check with them, some good people will tell you if its approved. Thanks.

Yes. I submitted BM on NOC 30th. My criminality passed on Jan 8th and I see that file approved yesterday in my CIC portal
