Never heard about that. BOWP is like PGWP. You are expected to be in Canada and your new permit is considered just a extension (that's why you look at permit extension when checking processing times).

Mine was 8.5-8.5-6-7.5 for LRWS: 2.5 difference between LR and W. I requested EoR and they increased to 6.5.

It's scary, I agree. But the only thing that avoided the score to go lower than 465 last draw was exactly the combination of piled profiles and inflow of high score candidates... I'm really hoping to be wrong
