I did, my email,password worked.. submitted my address and photo even though I was 2 days late.. iam still concerned tho I hope it doesnt get delayed because of that.

you technically can with invitation letter? you can write a invitation latter saying you will be sponsoring a friend to Canada for main purpose of just visiting Canada for 6 month or less..
