Guys, could someone tell me what "(Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping)" means? How many days till I receive the OCI card?

Status tracking doesn't become available immediately. It can take upto 10 days for application status to show on BLS and another week after that to show up on consulates website.

That is good to know. Unfortunately, these guys at BLS/Consulate can reject an application for any reason whatsoever. It is better that others follow the instructions to the dot. I had called BLS and the agent told me the docs have to be self-attested before uploading. I suggest others do the same.

It took 14 days after mailing for my application to show on BLS website.

All the best to you. My current file status is "under process" with CGI. BLS Agent said 2-3 weeks for OCI in Toronto. Fingers crossed.

I just spoke to BLS on the phone. The agent told me the OCI checklist is not mandatory to be sent for TORONTO jurisdiction. My file was approved by BLS (without the checklist) and they forwarded the same to CGI-Toronto for processing.

I applied in Toronto Jurisdiction and Toronto did not require us to send any originals.

I must've called the BLS 5-6 times for various questions and no one mentioned about including the checklist in the application. I did not include the checklist in my application package.

I checked again and instructions do say upload self-attested copies. So We are going to re-upload the docs. Thanks for raising a good question. I hope they dont create an issue.

Yes uploaded docs online. Scanned copy of originals were uploaded so they were not self-attested. it does not mention on their website that uploaded copies have to be self attested. But please call BLS and confirm to be absolutely sure. When we sent those same docs as physical copies, we self...
