Hi @Miss bee I want to make sure while filling up IMM 5669 online or pdf version. Do I need to fill the form YYYY-MM format Or YYYY-MM-DD ? I got confused because I saw some applicant did pdf form fill in YYYY-MM-DD Format.

As per timelines and trend you might get your AOR in second week of December with the follow ups that what to do next from IRCC.
