Yes the person is not sick. It happens due to age and being honest their health has actually not deteriorated drastically over the past 8 years. But I understand your point of view, CIC has its terms and conditions.

So I finally got an update that my passport has been dispatched from Canadian Consulate to VFS. I think if there is a huge delay try calling them. I called them and they said they will look into this. And after 3 hours my status changed to dispatch. Coincidence ?

NDVO takes a lot of time to just return the passport. I sent mine on 29th Feb and still nothing.

**UPDATE** It took a week or 5 working days to complete my request. I got email today to submit my passport to VFS. Thank you everyone.

Hi, yes you are correct. I sent the email to the address mentioned in the letter, hopefully they will respond within this week. If not then I will probably raise a CSE.
