    I've been waiting over a month and status is stuck at "FVR submitted". I've reached out to my BLO, but she doesn't have a clue about anything and then I tried reaching out to ERO, but calls were never answered. Do you have any other option to escalate this?

    By form 7 print out, do you mean the status page? Also, do you know any way to escalate the issue? My status is still stuck at ‘fvr submitted’ and I tried reaching it to ERO but no response.

    Correct. My status is still showing as "FVR Submitted". How long did it take for your status to move to completed?

    When you search with your EPIC id again, it should not show up. Has your current status been updated to complete? I did not submit my oci application as I can still see my voter id

    Well, I just contacted my BLO, seems like she doesn't know much about it either. I am now trying to reach out to ERO and there's no response. Will raising a complaint work in this case?

    You mean to remove the voter ID? Aren't BLO's aware of form 7 i.e. removal of voter ID, they don't need to know about the OCI right. All we need is the voter id removed and I assumed once they submit that field verification report, it will be removed.

    Oh, thank you so much for this information. My status 'fvr submitted' hasn't been updated and I was mindlessly checking it everyday. I did not know that we have to contact BLO. Edit: 'for submitted' to 'fvr submitted'

I’ve heard that sometimes the bls staff will check if the person has really surrendered the voter ID, in case if it still shows up, they may reject the application.
