When you sign in your account, click “check full application status “ and then on the right side click “VIEW SUBMITTED APPLICATION OR UPLOAD DOCUMENTS above Applicant information this will direct you where you could upload documents. Hope this can help you

Usually they leave a space in your gckey account where you can upload the document and this is the faster way to send it .

Additional Family information and background declaration form. After submitting on my gckey account I got a message that the documents were successfully submitted and 3 days later IRCC sent me a message on my personal account that they got my documents.

It depends, it is case by case. I received both emails yesterday without decision made. You can’t do anything just check your email and be ready to reply when they message you. In my case I saw the decision made today.
