No this was a type of open work permit. If you really want to see this can be done, you'd have to talk the officer to ask his/her colleagues inside to see if this can be done at border.

We tried a month ago and they didn't answer for a month. At last, we went to the border, telling them we couldn't get a chance talking to a representative over the phone and explaining our situation. Unfortunately, our service could only be done online (similar to PGWP) and lost the job offer...

Would you please also let me know whether you did the flagpole to see an officer to get the appointment? If not, how did you ask for appointment if officers are on the entry side of the border (and not the exit side).

Did you try calling and it didn't work? Also did you have to flagpole to see an officer and to get an appointment?

Would you please tell us how and when you got an appointment for the flagpole? We have been calling non-stop this week and nobody ever answers the phone.
