Are you referring to the online declaration when you are saying Number 1? I did not make the online declaration, I am expecting the on-flight form that is given out before landing.

What happens if I am reported? I already know that when I will ask for PR renewal I will have to justify why I did not meet RO. But what happens if someone is reported?
