if you click on the uploaded documents link top right part of the status page, you should see a new line item where you should be able to upload new documents and then submit the form.

In-short, you dont need US visa, you are not entering US, when you reach US border officer you have to mention you intend to Flagpole, they will know how to process you. One of the other member had posted a link that explains flagpoling.. Here's a website (not official) ...

Your Travel and PR application are two different things, if based on your current status(PGWP) you are able to travel then you can without impacting your PR application.
