    Manila, Canada and the one that responded to me before I get my BIL was Mexico. Try it too.

    I would suggest that you send another one. You'll get it soon mate. Try sending to other countries as what do other do.

    Well, the first 2 responses was just stating that they are still processing my application. The third and latest one said that I should wait 1-2 business days to obtain my BIL.

    Other applicants got their BIL from sending webforms to other countries and sending an email to their respective local Canadian Embassy.

    I did get an email notification, then I checked the GC account.

    Application in progress and processing of background check. Unfortunately, no changes sa medical results tho I did an upfront medical exam. Application status still processing. :(
