so I reapplied studypermit in October with the other two application after i received that letter. Because I applied PGWP immediately after I got my completion letter from school, so the application should be appeared as submitted in July.....

I got my Temporary residence permit in 2016 at the airport when i fly back to canada,( because my study permit expired and I didnt noticed that... ) and successfully entered in Canada, and the border officer let me in and gave me the TRP to stay. I graduated in July, and applied PGWP online...
