AOR Aug 12 with a dependent forgot to ask abt my visa office on call

Just got thru to IRCC- Info sharing completed Criminality completed Security not started Eligibility still in progress Not sure how long it will take for the FD

I called IRCC but it didnt give me an option to ask for a call back, it just said we are experiencing a high call volume, call back at a later time. Where would I get the- Ask for call back option?
