@farooq.ind - Did they provide you any more details why it will take this long after processing OCI? yours was completed on 27th Oct. This makes us worry now. BLS is scary.

@mandesp: I had similar problem but my place of birth was same in both passports, spelling was different. I submitted affidavit saying both places are same just spelling different. If it is the same situation for you, then you need to get affidavit with explanation and clarifying two different...

@eas2lv reopening Visa services might have impact on processing OCI files that is currently under process already. Do you think the same or different opinion?

@fshaik - Did you just create a ticket on BLS site to change your OCI pickup method from Courier to in-person? or Did you call BLS guys? I know they do not refund single penny but just checking if you had paid for courier already and they refunded your money in your case. Please advise
