Yes! but up to your stream, i'm on skilled trade, it does not require me keep working while processing application, so i'm ok to leave. If your stream requires you maintain working then i guess should stay there

Does anyone has the same situation? I submitted in Sept, My file changed from DIP to Additional Time Needed in Oct, then changed back to DIP, but it came back to Additional time a few days ago.... :eek: I have no idea what's going on there....

That's ok, I have the exact same situation, my WP expired in Sept and I'm waiting for skilled trade as well. I backed home country already.

Hi, My work permit has already expired, and I've submitted OINP skilled trade since Sept. Looks like still need few months to get results. I have nothing to do here now and winter is suffering here. I am considering apply for Visitor Record first, then leaving Canada and waiting for results...
