No. it is still the same

I am in a same situation. my parents did their bio-metric on 30th Nov. and i have the same Scenario. i submit the webform and they replied That "we verified the info. on the file and confirm that the biometric results were received by the responsible office" I haven't receive anything after that.

My Sponsership Eligibilty approved than i got Biometric Request. Biometric done on Nov 30 2021. After that i haven't got anything. tried to call them a lot of time but no success.

Thanks for your reply pgp2020iran. Biometric number and date is update on my account. But it still saying "your biometric is required please see massage" and current status is "your action is required". Is it normal?

Hi Everyone, My Parents Bio-metric done yesterday and its been updated on GCKey Account(bio-metric number, date and expiry date uploaded). But current status on gckey still show "your action is required". is it normal?
