I submitted a request for reconsideration in October and my application was reopened today! So for anyone in a similar situation, it is definetely worth a shot!!!

Re UK Police Certificate, if it doesn't show up in time just sent a proof that you have applied. (email screenshots). Then follow up with it once you got it.

To my knowledge, a person is not eligible for implied status if they applied through federal self employed stream.
