That is PPR, congrats! COPR (Confirmation of Permanent Residence) is the document you get when you get your passport back with Visa stamp. :)

Ya it changed to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." after a few days. But, final decision didn't show up until he received his Visa stamp and COPR.
