    Request paper certificate if already have received an e-certificate?

    Unfortunately they do not recognize the e-certificate/printed off version, they want a hard copy (they have never heard of an e certificate). I messaged the ircc, waiting for their reply in how to handle it.

    I think so, it took 2.5 weeks for my tracker to update (with Christmas/New Years in between)

    Same here, test shows completed, LPP and background “in progress”. West office.

    Test passed but application stuck?

    Same for me, have same timeline as well. Took test and passed on Dec 18, tracker updated to completed Jan 6. Everything else still showing in progress.
