I don't know about the tracker but I got my exam email the day after my fingerprint request. My guess, like most things, is that every file is slightly different and the timing may be shorter or longer for different people.

Just another update that probably doesn't really matter, but I checked ECAS today and it says "Complete" on my side and still DM on sponsors. Also GCKey still says submitted but when I checked the full application status it says "approved". So looks like those do change, but again not sure it...

Landing interview on the 16th, all went smoothly. Also got new SIN (you need your old one if you already have one), updated my Alberta healthcare from one with an expiration date to indefinite, and got SIN number updated with my employer and bank. All fairly smooth. Just waiting for the PR card...
