Hi Guys, I have a question. In the old application tracking system, my application status is "Decision Made" and in the new system it shows "In Progress". Is this normal? In the new system all subparts says COMPLETE except Citizenship Ceremony.

Application was filed in June 2020, Processed started in Oct 2020, Background passed in Feb 2021, All other checks were completed in November 2021. Only the Citizenship Ceremony says "Not Started", everything else is "complete"

Once it show up as complete, the results are official. You won't get a separate notification.

Once all checks are complete, why another 6+ months? Either it's approved or disapproved.
