UPDATE: I was able to make the account for the tracker today! No AOR email though but I did see that you can't make a tracker account without the AOR so that's something I guess, a ghost update!

I'm not a lawyer but depending on the convictions, I believe she could be not eligible/ indismissable. This would 100% be a question for a lawyer and I would recommend lawyering up if she goes forward to sponsor.

That's not a bad idea, however, the AOR right now I believe people have been saying that it's been taking 2-4 months to receive it, which is what I'm worried about and ALSO the current wait time for extending inland is now 119 days. Not sure if that makes a difference.
