I didn’t order gcms notes. And yes, It took my application 16 months to be approved. My file was transferred to manila visa office in May 2019, 11 months after AR.

After Manila Visa Office sent me pre arrival on June 19 2019, there was no update until October 7 2019. On October 7, my gckey changed from “your background check is in progress...” to “we are processing your background check...” Then after 2 weeks, on October 22, PPR!

In my ecas? Just one day. If I remember it right, it was AR on May 27 morning, then it became IP in the afternoon.
