If you replied to each and selected option A, you will get different credentials but if it is option B where you will submit confirmation for all, it’s only one credentials. Did you get your credentials? I am the primary applicant, but have not received mine.

Same issue. I reported a technical issue. I think reason for this was due to many ITA sent weeks ago.
