It was Outland. I've brought all the papers with me, the stamp in my passport has the same information as my CoPR etc. Basically they're saying that yes, your information looks valid, but our systems can't confirm it.

Ah, thank you! That explains a few things - including why the applicant guide still has the "travel" form, in case your application gets sent to paris (which it shuldnt for me). Well, off to send it away next week! :)
