Yes when it get transfer out they send you a next one stating they receive your application and they are processing it , and then after that they will send pre arrival or if they need more information from etc

Yea I think you will get a second AOR also

It’s forwarded to the PA home country most of the time if the application is Outland, further processing will continue there

background check is long especially if you have travelled or lived in different countries .. so yes they will check all of those

It depends, they are not working in order, you might receive BIL then pre arrival Medical request even before you get AOR. They are all over the place
