My MIL was transferred and processed in London IRCC, was approved.ECOPR issued from Etobicoke last week.

They are considering your application otherwise they have given you refusal letter instead of the procedural fairness letter. Your application is special; it is non- routine and will take time.Just wait.

Any 2021 applicant still on process? Applied March 2021 for my MIL, last update was police clearance request on Sept 2023. Processing office is London.

Try making an appeal, make a letter and attach a copy of your recent NOA, employment letter and current paystubs; they may consider your appeal under humanitarian and compassionate grounds. Just try.

Same thing: criminality check not started. Last time they opened the file was april 2023 when I emailed cic for the update.

File submitted March 2021, passed medical update september 2022, no update since then. I just received another medical request last month. Medical passed-no updates to this date.

Was hoping for PPR but my MIL remedical letter just received today, had her medical june 2022.

Is there someone here whose file is being processed at London Office? My MIL file was transferred to London Office, medicals done June 2022, medicals passed September 2022. No updates for almost a year.May need to redo medicals soon as it may have expired or close to expiring.
