Has anybody received AOR after applying in September 1st online?

Hello friends, we applied because husband and daughter changed their names UPDATE: AR: SEPTEMBER 24, 2021 AOR: DECEMBER 5,2021 We got DM: FEB 1, 2022. ( names changed in ECAS) Cards sent: FEB 15, 2022 Still haven't received them best luck for everyone and thanks for all help we got from you!

My husband called them today. A lady told him that his application is still in process and hasn't been sent to production yet. The lady said applications are taking long because of covid!! and there is no exact processing times. his application is in process since December 5.

Hello, I am not an expert but I think you should apply for legal name change in your province; this might take more than a month. Once you get the name change certificate, you send it to them. The certificate is a good document that link your old name and new name.
