Is GC KEY website down for service?

First i was only able to Login in GC Key with PA account and today i randomly tried to create an account in PR tracker with PA and Sponsor and luckily both worked.

I can login in to PR tracker now

I think , they'll send an email down the road. IRCC seems little slow in sending email

Can you share the link and the link which i use to register doesnt have family number count?

I read somewhere that we need to wait for 48 to 72 hours before creating an account. So i guess its a wait game . let me know if you have any update
