Hi for me my status is showing as Aug 2 - Despatched from MEA Aug 2 - Received at Toronto And no update on the BLS website since then. Is this normal. I’ve seen people getting their oci card or purolator tracking on the next day of Received at Toronto update

This is strange and unfair.. You should be getting it almost 5-6 six months ago. Try reaching to IRCC and raise a webform.

nothing. For my minor daughter they gave me no objection (may be it is the authorization ) letter, which i have to fill and sign and attach 2 (any size) photos along with my wife. So i submitted the entire application and came back home and took my wife's sign and submit that letter before 2pm...

i believe no appointment is required. I did walk in on Last Friday(had to wait 45 mins in line before going to agent). and submitted 3 family application. if you already has an appointment, one should be fine for family.
