Hi everyone. I've been trying to link my parents application to GC key account but no luck. Contacted IRCC and they say I'm entering the "City/Town/Village" information incorrectly. I forgot what I put as City in the application. Is there a way I can find and go through my application?

Thanks for the reply. I tried this umber many times but I haven't been able to speak to an agent. It says to speak to an agent press zero, and as soon as I press zero the call ends!!! What extention did you try? Or what call option did you choose?

What number did you call? I've been trying to call them but it only goes to auto replies. I want to talk to an agent.

Thanks for detailed answer. I tried UCI number as well, nothing comes up... It seems that my application isn't reviewed at all yet.

Since my parents have done biometric recently for a visit visa I don't think they're required to do it for this application. What's the ghost email? You mean like the biometric request email?

Do you have AOR or application no? When I enter the info in online tool they've provided it tells me it cannot find my application.
