I am reading forums and experiences of H1B stamping in Canada, they were exempt from interview but the PR card holders were later asked to come in for in-person interview. Can you confirm if this happen to everyone or did your visa get approved with interview waiver appointment?

Hey- I do have a tracking number and it has not reached the embassy yet. They have a stupid process of third party picking up from Canada post and dropping it to embassy. So it is somewhere with Canada post, they are not able to track. My visa is yet to be issued. I hope this strike ends soon...

Vaccinated with Pfizer… I agree they are not allowing soft landing. Which is why I am not sure if I should take the risk of driving with my car as no rentals are available. Or fly and provide a 14day address when I don’t even plan to stay there that long.

Also they want a 14day quarantine plan…I am planning to visit for only 3-4 days. Which address do I provide? I do not have anyone in Vancouver. Hotel reservation is only for 3days.
