I just did inland spousal sponsorship with 2 dependants overseas and when applying online, my spouse got to declare their forms on their behalf. They are 17 and now 22. The 17 year old we did have to have non-accompanying parent form PLUS a letter of custody or court documents.

We had approvals and approval in principal on January 12 - then about a month later they sent an email saying to disregard the last emails and that they were “re-assessing eligibility” as they wanted a custody document in addition to the form from non-accompanying parent. So yes, mine did go...

We applied dec 7 and are currently waiting for pr card. Our file doesn’t even show decision made yet and on gc key our eligibility is still in process but pr tracker shows all as completed but still in process.

Inland but dependants are Outland. Mississauga. Etobicoke issued ecopr. We were 4 months and a few days from application to ecopr. Waiting on pr card now.

Hard to say. We applied dec 7 and in Jan we got eligibility approved and then a month later or so they said to disregard last email and asked for custody documentation for my 17 year old step son and then another month and bit passed before we got the portal invite.

Has anyone had a ppr in the past month or so? My step kids just got ppr and I’m curious on wait times to receive it back or where I could locate the processing timelines.

April 11 - passports requested for dependants April 12 - ecopr

The updates are slow. My spouse got ecopr today but gc key still shows background and eligibility in progress. Up until the other day it still showed background not started. We had about a month delay recently where we had no movement.

My tracker shows last update March 20th however it also shows that our background and eligibility was updated April 4th and we did portal confirmation a few days later. So it seems as the “last updated” date is not updating properly.

Our trackers show last updated as March 20th however we have updates on our tracker dated April 4th. Since then we have done the portal confirmation which hasn’t shown as an update on the tracker and now my gc key is not updated to show eligibility and background completed.
