I called them this morning. They just asked to respond to the second email as well and wait. Also, they said to ignore the "family class" and "do not reply" parts of the email. They don't have access to the information that it was delivered or not, so they asked to just wait.

Guess the best thing is to just call them and check. Let me know if you find out more, will do the same. Thanks :)

Just noticed that mine also says "This email is regarding the Application for Permanent Residence under Family Class Sponsorship that you submitted to this office." I didn't apply for that. Does yours also say this? Also another weird thing - at the beginning of the email it says: This message...
