For OCI application postal submission, scan of first page and last page of indian passport is enough right? Or do we need to upload all the pages of indian passport?

Hello Guys, Can anyone please tell me amount we need to buy the demand draft in order to submit oci application for a single applicant via postal application. Not in person. 1) 345 2) 7.4+ courier. How do we know what courier fare is?

I was thinking to travel to india by applying OCI and collect it once i am back to canada but seems like i cant do it as they require original canadian passport to process OCI application.

Hello Guys, I applied for both entry visa + surrender certificate and they charged me $355. They did not ask me to whether i like to pick up or get it couriered. I am assuming that they will courier it and charged for it right?
