Submitted Degree Certificates through Webform - August 19

1st GU with Email - August 27 (UCI changed, also got an email to confirm that the attachments (degree certificates) will be added to my file shortly)

September 9 - 2nd GU No Email

September 10 - 3rd GU No Email - Don't know whether it was a system glitch or Medical update as I was unable to check the full application status. (Same day I called IRCC to find out what's going on with my application, the agent was nice and checked my entire application and read out all the documents I have submitted. He even informed me that my degree certificates are added to my application on August 27. Also, he told me that some resources are diverted towards the Afghan crisis that's why it's getting delayed and the officer is working on my application.)

September 13 - 4th GU No Email - Background check changed from we are processing your BGC to Your application is in progress.

September 24 - Application canceled as incomplete - In the morning I got a text from my bank that $1410 is deposited in my account! Straight away I checked my status, it was still showing me - Your application is in progress. Called IRCC around 12pm to know more about a refund, agent had no clue about what's going with my application as there was no explanation letter for the refund. He put me on hold for 15 minutes and came back with the answer - you may hear from us by end of the day.
Around 2 pm - Got an email - A message about your application is waiting for you. Profile status: Application canceled as incomplete
There was a letter name 'Other'. Your application is rejected for being incomplete. Proof of your completed Canadian Credential (Certificate from x college) was not provided with your application.
Around 8 pm - Sent webform - requesting them to review my application again also informed them that I did submit the Certificate from X College through the Webform on August 19, 2021 and attached the copy of confirmation email which I received from webform on August 27.

September 26 - Got an email from webform - We are pleased to confirm the reception of the following document (above mentioned attachment) We have forwarded it and the information you provided to the responsible office for their consideration. If further information is needed during the processing of your application, the responsible office may contact you.

October 20 - Application reopened - Got an email - We need something from you to continue processing your application - Request letter : A first review of your application indicated that it did not met the requirement. IRCC has further re-examined your application and has determined that it does meet the requirement of a complete application. Your application has been reopened. They gave me 7 days to pay the fees and upload the receipt (paid on same day and uploaded the receipt)

October 22 - Biometric request letter - gave on same day - biometric updated next day - BG: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

October 27 - GU no change
November 5 - GU no change
November 22 - Medical request letter
November 24 - Medical exam done and uploaded the eMedical information sheet
December 7 - You passed the medical exam
December 13 - Portal email - Etobicoke office - replied on same day
December 14 - Portal login details - declared currently in Canada, uploaded pic and provided mailing address
December 15 - ECOPR
