I know this is old, but on your application was it mandatory to attach a police certificate? In our case apparently we don't need to get a police certificate unit requested by ircc. Just wondering if we'll be able to submit the appliation online without having completed that step.

Nothing has really changed with her financial situation and we know the likelihood of approval is low, however we thought we'd give it one last shot. I'm just not sure if it would hurt her PR application or have no effect at all.
